Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of all Innovative IO applications available on the Apple App Store, and participation in our text messaging (SMS) program. By downloading or using our apps, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. Last updated: July 19, 2026.
License
Innovative IO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with these terms and Apple's Usage Rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our applications. You may not use the apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users.
Subscriptions
Certain Innovative IO applications, including IO DICOM Tools Mobile, are available via an auto-renewable annual subscription. The following terms apply to all subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions provide full access to the application for the duration of the subscription period. Where offered, a free trial period is available to new subscribers. At the end of the trial, payment will automatically be charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or through the App Store on macOS. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused time.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Innovative IO and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all ownership rights to data and files you import into our applications. By using our services you grant Innovative IO a limited license to process your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Disclaimer & Liability
IO DICOM Tools Mobile is a technical tool for viewing and working with DICOM files. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnostic use. Nothing in the application constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical decisions.
Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the applications will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative IO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies in your possession. Innovative IO may also terminate or suspend access at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number to Innovative IO, or by texting our business number, you consent to receive conversational customer care text messages from Innovative IO regarding your service requests, such as replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and service follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through the support form on this site. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile information is described in our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
