1. No data collection
IO DICOM Tools does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information with Innovative IO or any third party. No analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or telemetry frameworks are included in the application.
2. Your files stay on your device
DICOM files you import are stored locally on your device in the application's private storage container. These files are never uploaded to any server operated by Innovative IO. They remain entirely under your control.
3. You control every connection
The application can connect to DICOM network endpoints (PACS, SCP nodes) that you configure manually. These connections are initiated solely by you and go directly from your device to the endpoint you specify. Innovative IO has no visibility into these connections.
4. No accounts
The application does not require or support user accounts, login, or registration of any kind.
5. Children's privacy
The application does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
6. Policy changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
