1. Overview
Innovative IO builds software for healthcare and short-term rental operations. Our applications are designed with privacy in mind. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
Some of our applications collect nothing at all. Where an application has its own, narrower policy, that policy governs — see the IO DICOM Tools privacy policy.
2. What we collect and why
Account and profile data
When you create an account or use features that require authentication, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address.
- Used to authenticate your identity and personalize your experience
- Never sold or shared with advertising networks
- Retained only as long as your account remains active
Usage and diagnostic data
We may collect anonymized crash reports and usage analytics to improve application stability and identify bugs.
- Includes device type, OS version, and app version
- Does not include personally identifiable information
- Collected via platform-standard crash reporting tools
Data you enter
Content you enter into our applications — such as records, notes, or operational data — is stored securely and used solely to provide the service to you.
- Stored with encryption in transit and at rest
- Accessible only to you and authorized personnel
- Exportable and deletable upon request
3. What we never collect or share
No third-party advertising
Our applications contain no advertising SDKs and do not collect data for advertising targeting or profiling purposes. We do not share your data with ad networks or data brokers.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party, under any circumstances. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the services you use.
4. Third-party services
Our applications may use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy. We select service providers that meet high privacy and security standards.
Apple and Google platforms
App distribution and in-app purchase processing is handled by Apple and Google. Their collection of device identifiers and purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Cloud infrastructure
Application data may be processed and stored on cloud infrastructure providers such as Microsoft Azure. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Authentication services
Where applicable, authentication may be handled through platform sign-in providers such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We receive only the minimum profile information needed to create your account.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
Innovative IO sends conversational text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive messages about their service requests — for example replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, who act only on our behalf to deliver messages.
You may opt in through our text messaging opt-in form, by agreeing verbally while arranging service by phone, or by texting our business number (715) 800-0085 first. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
The full program terms, including opt-out handling and carrier liability, are in our Terms of Use.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support form.
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- Some data may be retained where required by law
- You can also delete your account directly within the app where available
Opt out of analytics
Where applicable, you may opt out of anonymized diagnostic data collection through your device's privacy settings or within the application settings.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Usage & Diagnostics
- In-app opt-out available in supporting applications
7. Children's privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Policy changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the application or by email. Continued use of our applications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact us
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, reach out through our support form or the contact form on our website.
