App Store Applications

Support covers production issues, workflow-impacting defects, and reliability incidents for apps currently distributed through the App Store.

  • Include app version, device, and OS details in your request
  • Attach reproduction steps and expected versus actual behavior
  • Critical production-impacting incidents are prioritized first

Custom Project Deliverables

Support includes deployed workflows, integrations, and automation services covered under your current support agreement or active project scope.

  • Reference the affected environment and workflow name
  • Provide timestamped examples and impacted user groups
  • Requests outside active scope are routed for change review

Technical Contact Requirement

Support is provided through the designated technical contact for each client organization to ensure secure, coordinated incident handling. For open source users and App Store users who do not have a designated technical contact, support requests should be submitted directly through this request form.

  • Requests should come from your listed technical contact email
  • If your technical contact changes, notify us before opening tickets
  • Open source and App Store requests are accepted without a client-designated contact
